Banana-flavored full xylitol lozenges sweetened only with xylitol. Herra Hakkarainen pastilles are suitable even for small children, as they have a mild taste and melt easily in the mouth. No food coloring has been used in the production of the pastilles and they are vegan. Pastilles are round and smooth. These pastilles are recommended by the Finnish Dental Association.
Using sugar-free pastilles that contain xylitol and maltitol helps maintain tooth mineralisation. Nutritional recommendations recommend using xylitol 5 grams or more per day.
