Fill in the form carefully. If your complaint concerns a defective product,
- attach a photo of the error and the packaging so that the best before entry is fully visible
- for bulk sweets feedback, please upload a photo of the error and the horizontal label on the bulk bag
We cannot process defective product feedback without a picture and, in some cases, without a sample.
Please keep the defective product and its packaging until we contact you. If necessary, we will ask you to send the product to us.
We will send any compensation after processing the feedback. If you would like to send us a letter, our address is:
